Well, I was playing with my weebly and I decided, "Hey! Maybe I should do some work online instead." After cleaning up the mess;), here I am. I am excited to have a full-fledged website, which is long overdue, kinda like the last book Amelia Earheart checked out at the library. Thanksgiving is nearly here, a time where I give thanks for surviving another year. At our household, Thanksgiving is a joyous time of eating and screaming at the kids, not much difference than most days except the food is better and more plentiful. Actually this year has been a great year with my oldest graduating high school, the other children doing better in school, my insurance and comedy careers have both taken dramatic leaps forward and the coming months offer a lot of excitement for all.
Tracy and I just got married in February and looks like the bookmakers in Vegas might be disappointed since it looks like we'll hit that one-year milestone. I forget what it is you get for your one-year anniversary but I think it's relief. We have increased our menagerie to a total of 3 dogs(2 females, 1 male) and 1 cat-Benjamin. Our latest addition was a bouncing baby Shih Tzu. He likes to lick a lot, similiar to what I imagine Ellen does to Portia di Rossi. Today is a Monday which I am never excited about. Monday is the day of the week I think God let the Devil invent. God must have said, okay, you get today as yours. God had just taken Sunday off and He just wasn't in the work zone quite yet.
After today George and I should have at least 1, if not 2-3, more locations to showcase our comedy wares. It's exciting-George and I are the same kind of warped as a 45 (that's a record for you whipper-snappers) left in the noon-day sun(that's a yellow orb in the sky that provides light for you Goth chicks and Twilight wannabes).
There is always something to complain about but today that can wait. I'll leave you with a positive thought. No matter how tough you have it, no matter what problems you are dealing with, you are dealing with it in the greatest country in the world. Be thankful for that, friends, and family because if you have those, you are a rich man indeed!
